Sea-Tac is south of the city, and the drive north to downtown or east to Bellevue is decided by I-5 and the 520 bridge. We track your flight and adjust rather than leaving you waiting at the curb.
This guide covers how ground transportation works in Seattle: which airport suits which destination, where cars can actually collect you, when the city books out, and what to send us so a quote comes back right the first time.
The airports
| Code | Airport |
|---|---|
| SEA | Seattle-Tacoma International |
| BFI | Boeing Field, private aviation |
| PAE | Paine Field, Everett |
Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) handles most scheduled traffic, with Boeing Field, private aviation (BFI), Paine Field, Everett (PAE) covering the rest.
Every airport pickup is tracked against your flight number. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it at no charge, and your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign rather than waiting on the arrivals road.
Where journeys actually go
Most Seattle bookings run between the airports and . We also cover the surrounding area and the rest of the metro.
The Eastside is a market of its own, with Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland generating as much corporate work as the city. Hourly booking is common for days that cross the lake more than once.
When the city is busy
Demand here is driven by technology campuses on the Eastside, Alaska cruise season, conferences downtown. Those are the weeks when vehicles book out first, so a booking made early is worth more than a booking made carefully.
Venues that generate regular work include the Seattle Convention Center, the Fairmont Olympic, Climate Pledge Arena. For events at any of them, we agree the drop-off point in advance rather than discovering on the night that the entrance is closed to traffic.
Leaving town
Regular long-distance runs from Seattle go to . Door to door in one car often beats a short flight once airport time is counted, and it is usually cheaper than several separate fares once a group is involved.
What to send when you book
- Pickup address, destination and the date and time
- Flight number for anything airport related
- Passenger count, plus checked and carry-on bags counted separately
- Child seats, with ages and weights
- Anything unusual: pets, oversized items, venue access, accessibility needs
A note on pricing. We do not publish rate tables. Every journey is quoted for the exact route and the fare is fixed before you travel, so it does not move with traffic, weather or demand.
