Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement. Executifs reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before pick-up: full refund. Within 48 hours: charged in full. No-shows: charged in full. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, there is no charge. Modifications are accepted before pick-up, subject to availability.
Pricing
All rates are flat and upfront. There is no surge pricing. Gratuity, unusual tolls, and parking fees are not included in quoted rates.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Executifs reserves the right to terminate a ride if passenger conduct poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
Liability
Executifs carries $5M commercial liability insurance on all vehicles. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
