Arriving at AZA

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA) serves Phoenix. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

Sky Harbor is unusually close to downtown, minutes from the center and about twenty from Scottsdale. Scottsdale Airport handles a good share of private aviation in the valley.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Phoenix

Most journeys from AZA run to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe and the rest of the metro.

Winter is high season here, with golf tournaments, spring training and resort conferences filling Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Book earlier between January and April.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from AZA, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
