FCM pickup guide: Flying Cloud

How chauffeur pickups work at Flying Cloud (FCM), serving Minneapolis: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at FCM

Flying Cloud handles private aviation for Minneapolis. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

MSP sits between the two cities, about twenty minutes from either downtown. Terminal 1 handles most carriers and Terminal 2 the rest, so we confirm which one before the pickup.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Minneapolis

Most journeys from FCM run to Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington and the rest of the metro.

Runs south to Rochester for the Mayo Clinic are a regular booking, about ninety minutes each way. Winter weather is planned for rather than charged for.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
