Arriving at FRG

Republic Airport handles private aviation for Long Island. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

MacArthur serves central Long Island, Republic handles private aviation, and most long-haul travellers still use JFK, about an hour west of Suffolk County.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Long Island

Most journeys from FRG run to Garden City, Huntington, Great Neck, Melville and the rest of the metro.

Summer Fridays are the hardest day to plan here, when everything heading east on the expressway slows at once.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
