Arriving at IAG

Niagara Falls International (IAG) serves Buffalo. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

BUF is about 20 minutes from Downtown Buffalo and half an hour from the falls, and is a common arrival for travellers crossing into Ontario.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Buffalo

Most journeys from IAG run to Downtown Buffalo, Elmwood Village, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Amherst and the rest of the metro.

Lake-effect snow is the local variable between November and March, and chauffeurs plan extra time rather than promising a number that will not hold.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from IAG, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
