Arriving at RNO

Reno-Tahoe International (RNO) serves Reno. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

Reno-Tahoe International is the gateway to the north shore, about 45 minutes from Incline Village when the roads are clear.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Reno

Most journeys from RNO run to Downtown Reno, Midtown, Sparks, Incline Village and the rest of the metro.

Winter storms over the passes are the planning factor here, and chain controls can add an hour without warning.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from RNO, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
