Arriving at SFO

San Francisco International (SFO) serves San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

SFO is the main gateway, but a meeting in Palo Alto or Menlo Park is often quicker from San Jose, and Oakland can be faster for the East Bay. We pick the airport around your destination when you ask us to.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Where journeys go

Most journeys from SFO run to Financial District, SoMa, Nob Hill, Pacific Heights and the rest of the metro.

Because SFO serves more than one metro, tell us the destination city as well as the address — the drive from the terminal is very different depending on which one you are heading for.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from SFO, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
