Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) handles most scheduled traffic, with Niagara Falls International (IAG) covering the rest.
Every airport pickup is tracked against your flight number. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it at no charge, and your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign rather than waiting on the arrivals road.
Where journeys actually go
Most Buffalo bookings run between the airports and Downtown Buffalo, Elmwood Village, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Amherst. We also cover Williamsville, Niagara Falls, Lockport and the rest of the metro.
Lake-effect snow is the local variable between November and March, and chauffeurs plan extra time rather than promising a number that will not hold.
When the city is busy
Demand here is driven by medical campus travel, cross-border journeys to Ontario, winter weather. Those are the weeks when vehicles book out first, so a booking made early is worth more than a booking made carefully.
Venues that generate regular work include the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, the Hotel Henry, Highmark Stadium. For events at any of them, we agree the drop-off point in advance rather than discovering on the night that the entrance is closed to traffic.
Leaving town
Regular long-distance runs from Buffalo go to Toronto, Rochester, Cleveland, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Door to door in one car often beats a short flight once airport time is counted, and it is usually cheaper than several separate fares once a group is involved.
