What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight into LAS and move the pickup to the actual landing time at no extra charge.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point for your Las Vegas terminal is in your confirmation email.
Can you collect from private aviation terminals?
Yes. Give us the FBO and the tail number and we will meet the aircraft. In Las Vegas that usually means Henderson Executive, private aviation.
