How early should we book?
For a Saturday in peak season in Las Vegas, several months. Send the date and venues and we will hold the vehicles while the plan is finalised.
Can you shuttle guests between hotels and the venue?
Yes. Sprinter vans and mini coaches run continuous loops so guests arrive in waves rather than all at once.
