Super Bowl

Rotating host stadium·Host city rotates each year·Early February

The Super Bowl is a week, not an afternoon. Corporate hospitality, parties and client events run from the Wednesday, and the match itself is the last item on a long schedule. The host city rotates, so nobody involved is on home ground.

Because we work through a national network rather than a single city fleet, we can cover the host city whichever one it is, and keep the same account, the same contact and one invoice across the week.

Getting Around Super Bowl

There is a security perimeter

Stadiums operate a controlled zone on game day. Vehicles without the right credential cannot approach, so drop-off and collection happen at designated points that are published close to the date and can change.

The week matters more than the day

Most of the ground transport we are booked for is the surrounding programme: sponsor events, client dinners and parties spread across the metro, often back to back.

Host-city capacity is strained

Whichever city hosts, its vehicle supply is oversubscribed for that week. Booking late is the single most common reason people end up without a car.

Private aviation spikes

Business aviation into the host city peaks hard around the game, with slot restrictions at the main FBOs. Give us the tail number and FBO and we will meet the aircraft.

Questions

Do you operate in the host city?

Yes. Our own fleet is in New York; elsewhere journeys are fulfilled by vetted local operators working to our standards, booked and billed through the same account.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Super Bowl week exhausts local vehicle supply, and the good operators are committed months out.

Can you handle a whole client programme?

Yes — multi-vehicle movements across the week with a single point of contact is the most common way we are booked for this.

Executifs is an independent chauffeur service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official transport partner of any event, venue, team or organiser named on this page. Event names are used only to describe the journeys we are booked for.
