US Open Tennis Championships
The US Open runs for a fortnight at Flushing Meadows, and it is one of the few events in New York where the venue is genuinely awkward to reach from most of the city. Day and night sessions each have their own traffic pattern.
This is home ground for us — our own fleet and our own chauffeurs — so Open transport is something we run every year rather than arrange through a partner.
Getting Around US Open Tennis Championships
Night sessions end late
Matches can finish well after midnight. Public transport is thinner, queues for rideshare are long, and prices spike exactly when everyone leaves at once.
The approach roads saturate
The Grand Central Parkway and Van Wyck carry both the tennis traffic and the normal LaGuardia and JFK flow. Session changeovers are the worst moments to arrive.
It is close to both airports
Flushing Meadows sits between LaGuardia and JFK, which makes a fly-in, watch, fly-out day genuinely possible if the car is arranged properly.
Weather moves the schedule
Rain delays shift finishing times unpredictably on the outside courts. A booked car that waits absorbs that; a pre-booked fixed pickup time does not.
What We Provide
- —Our own New York fleet and chauffeurs, not a subcontractor
- —Pickups that absorb rain delays and long night sessions
- —Direct runs from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
- —Hourly as-directed for corporate hospitality days
- —Group vehicles for client parties
Vehicles That Suit It
Tell us the headcount and the luggage and we will size the vehicle rather than defaulting to the largest. Every fare is quoted for your exact route and fixed before you travel — there is no event pricing and no surge.

Can the car wait through a rain delay?
Yes. Hourly as-directed is the sensible booking for any session that might run long, and it means you are not renegotiating a pickup at midnight.
Can we come straight from the airport?
Yes — the tennis centre is between LaGuardia and JFK. Give us your flight number and we will track it.
Do you cover corporate hospitality?
Yes, including multi-vehicle movements for client groups across the fortnight.
Executifs is an independent chauffeur service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official transport partner of any event, venue, team or organiser named on this page. Event names are used only to describe the journeys we are booked for.
