BFI pickup guide: Boeing Field

How chauffeur pickups work at Boeing Field (BFI), serving Seattle: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at BFI

Boeing Field handles private aviation for Seattle. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Sea-Tac is south of the city, and the drive north to downtown or east to Bellevue is decided by I-5 and the 520 bridge. We track your flight and adjust rather than leaving you waiting at the curb.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Seattle

Most journeys from BFI run to Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Bellevue, Redmond and the rest of the metro.

The Eastside is a market of its own, with Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland generating as much corporate work as the city. Hourly booking is common for days that cross the lake more than once.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
