VGT pickup guide: North Las Vegas

How chauffeur pickups work at North Las Vegas (VGT), serving Las Vegas: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at VGT

North Las Vegas handles private aviation for Las Vegas. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Harry Reid is minutes from the Strip, which makes arrivals easy and departures deceptive: hotel exits and Las Vegas Boulevard can take longer than the drive itself during a large convention.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Las Vegas

Most journeys from VGT run to The Strip, Convention Center, Downtown and Fremont, Summerlin and the rest of the metro.

Conventions drive demand here. During CES, and other weeks when the city fills, cars book out well in advance, so reserve early rather than on the day.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
