Arriving at HEF

Manassas handles private aviation for Washington, DC. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Reagan National is minutes from downtown, Dulles is about forty minutes out in Virginia, and BWI serves clients north of the city. Which one you fly into changes the journey considerably, so we plan from the airport rather than the city center.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Washington, DC

Most journeys from HEF run to Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Downtown DC, Dupont Circle and the rest of the metro.

Motorcades, street closures and security perimeters are part of working in Washington. Chauffeurs check the day's closures before heading out, and for events on the Hill we agree a drop-off point in advance.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
