Arriving at HNL
Daniel K. Inouye International (HNL) serves Honolulu. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.
HNL is about 20 minutes from Waikiki and rather longer out to the Ko Olina resorts on the west side.
What is included
Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.
Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.
Getting into Honolulu
Most journeys from HNL run to Waikiki, Downtown Honolulu, Ala Moana, Kahala and the rest of the metro.
Island journeys are short in distance and long in time, and the single coastal highway means timing matters more than mileage.
What to send when you book
The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from HNL, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
