JZI pickup guide: Charleston Executive

How chauffeur pickups work at Charleston Executive (JZI), serving Charleston: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at JZI

Charleston Executive handles private aviation for Charleston. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

CHS is about 20 minutes from the historic district, and rather longer out to Kiawah.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Charleston

Most journeys from JZI run to Historic District, King Street, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island and the rest of the metro.

Charleston is a wedding city, and the narrow streets downtown mean pickup points are agreed with venues in advance.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
