How chauffeur pickups work at Stinson Municipal (SSF), serving San Antonio: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at SSF

Stinson Municipal handles private aviation for San Antonio. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

SAT is about 15 minutes from Downtown, one of the shorter airport runs in Texas.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into San Antonio

Most journeys from SSF run to Downtown and the River Walk, Pearl District, Alamo Heights, Medical Center and the rest of the metro.

Convention weeks fill the River Walk hotels, and Hill Country wine trips west are a common full-day hourly booking.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
