Arriving at MSP
Minneapolis-St. Paul International (MSP) serves Minneapolis and Rochester. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.
MSP sits between the two cities, about twenty minutes from either downtown. Terminal 1 handles most carriers and Terminal 2 the rest, so we confirm which one before the pickup.
What is included
Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.
Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.
Where journeys go
Most journeys from MSP run to Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington and the rest of the metro.
Because MSP serves more than one metro, tell us the destination city as well as the address — the drive from the terminal is very different depending on which one you are heading for.
What to send when you book
The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from MSP, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
