How chauffeur pickups work at Miami-Opa Locka (OPF), serving Miami: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at OPF

Miami-Opa Locka handles private aviation for Miami. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Miami International and Fort Lauderdale are both about half an hour from Brickell in clear traffic, and considerably more in season. We watch both, along with Palm Beach for clients further north.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Miami

Most journeys from OPF run to Brickell, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables and the rest of the metro.

South Florida runs on events and cruises. PortMiami and Port Everglades are regular pickups, and an SUV or van is the sensible choice when a family disembarks with a week of luggage.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
