Arriving at PBI

Palm Beach International (PBI) serves Miami. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

Miami International and Fort Lauderdale are both about half an hour from Brickell in clear traffic, and considerably more in season. We watch both, along with Palm Beach for clients further north.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Miami

Most journeys from PBI run to Brickell, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables and the rest of the metro.

South Florida runs on events and cruises. PortMiami and Port Everglades are regular pickups, and an SUV or van is the sensible choice when a family disembarks with a week of luggage.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from PBI, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
