SGR pickup guide: Sugar Land

How chauffeur pickups work at Sugar Land (SGR), serving Houston: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at SGR

Sugar Land handles private aviation for Houston. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Bush Intercontinental handles most international arrivals and sits well north of the city, while Hobby is closer in and quicker for domestic flights. Both are tracked, with an hour of waiting included on international arrivals.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Houston

Most journeys from SGR run to Downtown Houston, Galleria and Uptown, River Oaks, Medical Center and the rest of the metro.

Energy corridor and Medical Center trips are steady work here, along with cruise transfers down to Galveston, which is about an hour from downtown in normal traffic.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
