Most scheduled traffic uses Indianapolis International (IND).

Where journeys actually go

When the city is busy
Demand here is driven by convention traffic downtown, race month in May, corporate work in Carmel and Fishers. Those are the weeks when vehicles book out first, so a booking made early is worth more than a booking made carefully.
Venues that generate regular work include the Indiana Convention Center, the Conrad Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. For events at any of them, we agree the drop-off point in advance rather than discovering on the night that the entrance is closed to traffic.
Leaving town
Regular long-distance runs from Indianapolis go to Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus. Door to door in one car often beats a short flight once airport time is counted, and it is usually cheaper than several separate fares once a group is involved.
