CES
CES is one of the largest trade shows in the world and takes over Las Vegas completely for a week. The show itself runs across the Las Vegas Convention Center campus and several Strip venues, which means most attendees spend their day moving between buildings that are a considerable distance apart.
Ground transport at CES fails in a predictable way: the taxi and rideshare queues at the convention centre at closing time are notoriously long, and they arrive exactly when everyone has a dinner to get to.
Getting Around CES
The show is not in one building
West, Central and North halls plus the Venetian Expo and Strip hotel venues. Getting between them eats a surprising amount of the day.
Queues at closing time
Taxi and rideshare lines at the convention centre at the end of each day are long enough to miss a dinner reservation. A pre-booked car at an agreed point does not queue.
Meetings are back to back
A normal CES day is a series of short meetings at different hotels. Hourly as-directed is the standard booking for exactly this reason.
The city is at capacity
Hotel rates and vehicle supply both peak. Booking late is the most common reason people end up in the queue.

Why hourly rather than individual transfers?
Because a CES day is five or six short movements. Booking them separately means waiting five or six times.
Can you avoid the convention centre queue?
Yes — we agree a collection point away from the official line before the day starts.
Do you handle whole team programmes?
Yes, multi-vehicle with one contact and one invoice.
