Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix
The Las Vegas Grand Prix is unlike any other race on the calendar for ground transport, because the circuit runs on live city streets including Las Vegas Boulevard. For several days the normal road network of the Strip simply does not exist.
Sessions run late into the night, hotel access changes, and the places a vehicle is allowed to stop move from day to day as the circuit is built, raced and dismantled.
Getting Around Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix
The Strip becomes the circuit
Las Vegas Boulevard, Koval Lane and the connecting roads close in stages. Hotel entrances that normally face the Strip may only be reachable from the rear during race week.
Pedestrian routes change too
Footbridges and crossings close or become one-way, so the walk from a drop-off point to your grandstand is not the walk you would expect.
It is a night race
Sessions run late and finish in the early hours, which is also when the city's normal nightlife demand peaks. Vehicle supply is at its tightest exactly when you need to leave.
Book the hotel side, not the Strip side
Knowing which entrance of your hotel is live on a given day is most of the job. We confirm that before each movement rather than assuming.
What We Provide
- —Pickup points confirmed against the day's closures, not assumed

Vehicles That Suit It
Tell us the headcount and the luggage and we will size the vehicle rather than defaulting to the largest. Every fare is quoted for your exact route and fixed before you travel — there is no event pricing and no surge.

Can you collect from my hotel during race week?
Yes, but possibly not from the entrance you expect. We confirm the live entrance for that day and tell you where to meet the car.
How late do you run?
All night. Sessions finish in the early hours and we plan for that.
Is hourly better than transfers for this one?
Usually yes. With closures shifting daily, a car that stays with you is far less fragile than a series of fixed pickups.
