How chauffeur pickups work at John C. Tune (JWN), serving Nashville: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at JWN

John C. Tune handles private aviation for Nashville. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

BNA is about fifteen minutes east of downtown and has grown quickly, with a new international terminal. Flights are tracked and your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Nashville

Most journeys from JWN run to Downtown and Broadway, The Gulch, Music Row, Germantown and the rest of the metro.

Weekends downtown are busy and Broadway is often closed to traffic, so we agree a pickup point a block or two off the main run rather than leaving you to find the car.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
