PWK pickup guide: Chicago Executive

How chauffeur pickups work at Chicago Executive (PWK), serving Chicago: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at PWK

Chicago Executive handles private aviation for Chicago. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

O'Hare is one of the busiest airports in the world and its terminals are far apart, so the meeting point matters. Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name sign. Midway is smaller and quicker for domestic arrivals on the South Side.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Chicago

Most journeys from PWK run to The Loop, River North, Gold Coast, West Loop and the rest of the metro.

Winter is the real variable in Chicago. Snow and lake-effect weather change drive times without warning, so we build in extra time between November and March rather than charging you for the delay.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
