San Antonio International (SAT) handles most scheduled traffic, with Stinson Municipal, private aviation (SSF) covering the rest.
Every airport pickup is tracked against your flight number. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it at no charge, and your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign rather than waiting on the arrivals road.
Where journeys actually go
Most San Antonio bookings run between the airports and Downtown and the River Walk, Pearl District, Alamo Heights, Medical Center. We also cover Stone Oak, La Cantera, Southtown and the rest of the metro.
Convention weeks fill the River Walk hotels, and Hill Country wine trips west are a common full-day hourly booking.
When the city is busy
Demand here is driven by convention traffic downtown, military and medical employers, Hill Country day trips. Those are the weeks when vehicles book out first, so a booking made early is worth more than a booking made carefully.
Venues that generate regular work include the Henry B. González Convention Center, the St. Anthony Hotel, the Alamodome. For events at any of them, we agree the drop-off point in advance rather than discovering on the night that the entrance is closed to traffic.
Leaving town
Regular long-distance runs from San Antonio go to Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fredericksburg. Door to door in one car often beats a short flight once airport time is counted, and it is usually cheaper than several separate fares once a group is involved.
What to send when you book

- Flight number for anything airport related
- Passenger count, plus checked and carry-on bags counted separately
- Child seats, with ages and weights
- Anything unusual: pets, oversized items, venue access, accessibility needs
