Arriving at BNA

Nashville International (BNA) serves Nashville. Your chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, rather than waiting on the arrivals road.

BNA is about fifteen minutes east of downtown and has grown quickly, with a new international terminal. Flights are tracked and your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Nashville

Most journeys from BNA run to Downtown and Broadway, The Gulch, Music Row, Germantown and the rest of the metro.

Weekends downtown are busy and Broadway is often closed to traffic, so we agree a pickup point a block or two off the main run rather than leaving you to find the car.

What to send when you book

The flight number, the arrival date and time, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats. For departures from BNA, tell us the check-in time you are aiming for and we will work back from it.
