What an account changes

Anyone you authorise can book, every ride lands on one monthly invoice, and each trip produces a receipt for expenses. You also get a named account manager rather than a general inbox.

What we need to open one

The company name, a billing contact, the people authorised to book, and roughly how many rides you expect each month. Accounts are usually live within one business day.

Billing

Invoices are issued monthly on 30-day terms. Companies that book regularly can agree rates in advance so routine journeys do not need a fresh quote each time.

Travel policy

If you have rules about vehicle class or spend, tell us and we will apply them at booking so nobody has to police it afterwards.
