EDC pickup guide: Austin Executive

How chauffeur pickups work at Austin Executive (EDC), serving Austin: where you are met, what waiting is included, and what to send when you book.

Arriving at EDC

Austin Executive handles private aviation for Austin. Chauffeurs meet the aircraft at the FBO rather than a terminal, so we need the tail number and the FBO name rather than a flight number.

Austin-Bergstrom is about fifteen minutes from downtown outside peak hours, and considerably longer during SXSW, Formula 1 weekend and Austin City Limits, when the whole city slows down.

What is included

Flight tracking on every pickup, so a delayed landing moves the pickup with it at no charge. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown and domestic arrivals 30.

Your chauffeur carries your bags to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is written in the confirmation email.

Getting into Austin

Most journeys from EDC run to Downtown Austin, The Domain, South Congress, East Austin and the rest of the metro.

The corridor between downtown and The Domain carries most of the corporate work, and Hill Country wineries to the west are a common full-day booking.

What to send when you book

The tail number, the FBO, the expected arrival window, passenger count and luggage.
